It's largely sensible. But i think us and Newcastle are the anomalies and probably the wrong way round.
However I would love to know what the basis for this data was, especially considering the squads now are not what they will be in August.
It's an absolute pointless exercise though.

Computers don't program themselves (well, they may be starting to, but that's a detail than can safely ignored here), nor do they collect their own data.
Supercomputer = garbage in, super fast generation of possibly super volumes of garbage out

Is this based on who each team/squad is likely to contain after all the transfers that haven't happened yet have taken place?

It’s hardly a “supercomputer”. 9 of last years top 10 are in the top half this year, they’ve just swapped West Ham for Newcastle (bizzarely).
If we finish 11th Pellegrini won’t be here the folllowing season
